Thomas J Egan, III
Tax Attorney, Accountant, CFP®Tom is a tax and business attorney practicing in New York. He is also an experienced entrepreneur who has started several businesses and participated in the venture capital markets. Formerly, Tom traded equities and derivatives as an options market maker on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. He holds a BA from Villanova University and a JD, MBA, and LLM from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Certified Financial Planner certificant. Additionally, Tom is an adjunct professor at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, CUNY.
Rebecca N Egan
CPA, CFP®Becky is a certified public accountant who specializes in working with small businesses, as well as helping individuals with their taxes and personal finances. She is also very experienced in the nonprofit sector, having worked at both nonprofits and publicly funded institutions, and she currently runs free financial literacy workshops for children and teens at nonprofits around the city. Becky holds a BA from the University of Chicago, an MAEd from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA in Accounting from Rutgers. She is a Certified Financial Planning certificant and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. In the past, Becky has taught finance in the Continuing and Professional Studies Program at Baruch College, CUNY.
Alex Muchinsky
CPAAlex is a certified public accountant licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He is an experienced finance and accounting professional having previously been a merger arbitrage analyst and proprietary equity trader. He holds a BA in Political Science from The George Washington University, an MBA in finance from the University of Maryland at College Park, and an MS in Accounting from Baruch College CUNY. Alex is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
